Roofer Greenville Texas | Big Expectations for Your Job?
Hello, this is Zach, your roofer Greenville Texas with Roofing and Siding Smiths. Today I want to talk to you about what to expect on your job site. If you have purchased a service from your roofer Greenville Texas there’ll be many things that you may want to know. First, after your sales meeting, we will schedule a time to come out and do your installation. And what that will involve is that we’re going to order the materials and either deliver them ourselves or have a distributor deliver them to your home. If the materials are going to arrive before the start date, you’ll be informed of that arrival. We’ll also let you know if we need to make special arrangements with your cars in the driveway or where we will need to park and what to be careful about as far as decorations inside the home, outside the home, and try to start out protecting your investment as much as possible after the delivery.
We’ll also have our crew scheduled to come out, our project manager here at roofing and siding Smiths, your roofer Greenville Texas will give you a call and let you know the day that the crew will start the work. If there are any changes, if the weather is bad, if we run behind schedule ahead of schedule or on time, we are going to do our best to give you very close times when we will arrive so that you can plan and schedule your day and not have to wait and hope that will show up. Unlike other companies, we don’t deviate from our schedule unless there’s a major emergency. Some companies just kinda tell ya, we’ll get there when we get there or they tell you in the morning and then it’s into the day or the next day. Our goal is that when things go wrong to have upfront clear communication as your roofer Greenville Texas we know that communication is very important to you.
You have things to do and we do not want to be the reason why you had to wait or miss an appointment that’s in your schedule. Our schedule is very important to us and we depend on being reliable and our customers being reliable helps us stay on schedule and so we want to do our best to meet you when we say we will. Once the crew arrives we will answer any new questions that you may have. Our project manager will be there as well as our crew leader. We will survey the property with the crew and make sure that everyone has a good grasp, a good understanding of what is going to take place, what needs to be addressed. We’ll look for problems or other areas of concern. We’ll game plan how we want to tackle those problems and this ensures the best chance for no surprises on our part or your part as the homeowner.
And it also gives our guys the best chance to do the most high quality job that they can, sets them up for success. And so as your roofer Greenville Texas, we want the homeowner to be informed. We want the crew to be informed and if something arises during the installation process, if you have questions, please reach out to our project manager here at roofing and siding smiths. We want you to feel like you can ask us questions anytime. We’ve even had several homeowners watch the install process. Many are intrigued. We do provide services for roofing, siding, replacement windows, seamless gutters, and a lot of our homeowners have never had these jobs done before or just never witnessed them. Our seamless gutter machine is really interesting because we can run gutters over 100 feet long and no one knows quite what that’s gonna look like before we get there.
See, we have a machine with a roll of coil on it that just runs that material out and shapes it right there onsite, and so once the crew has a good understanding of what’s going on if we’re doing your roof, for instance, we’ll put tarps out, position our dumpster or dump trailer in a place where we’re least likely to damage or put dips in your grass. And our goal is to put as much of the trash directly into the dump trailer without putting it on the ground. That’s less opportunity for nails and debris to make their way into your yard. And it also makes less for our guys. We don’t have to pick it up twice as we just pick it up right off the roof and into the trailer.
If we’re doing siding, it can be a little messier in the moment if we’re doing a tear off.
But the same thing, we want to go and have a clutter-free work site. So we’re going to take a break during the tear off and take our removed product and throw it in a dumpster or they trailer. And that way when we start your installation, we don’t have to worry about nails and trash and trips and falls. And so it also helps keep your grass or flowers safe. Um, if there’s not stuff on top of them, um, you know, if you have something laying in the grass for a couple of days, it could kill it. We want to be aware of your yard and make sure that when we leave it looks as good as it did when we got there, if not better. If we’re doing a window installation, we, we keep the, the glass and whatnot in a trashcan as I move around the house. And um, also as we are in the house, we put blankets down over beds and computers and TVs, the floor and then we also vacuum the areas, um, where we create dust around the window, seal below the window on the baseboards and the carpet and um, we will also wipe down and Windex the windows as well once the install has been completed.
So, throughout the entire installation process, whatever service you asked for is your roofer Greenville Texas. Our goal is to make sure that you’re informed along the way that your job site is in orderly fashion. And at the end of the day, if we spend multiple days on your project, it doesn’t look like a tornado has blown through your yard, so to speak. We want to clean up, we will probably still have a trailer on the premises with ladders on it and it saw horses, but we want to at least organize and have some kind of system going to where we don’t just leave the end of the day and have trash or debris scattered all around the yard, new material scattered around the yard. We want to organize it, stack it together and keep it to where your property looks clean and tidy. We want to be a contractor who is professional all across the board.
And so whether it’s the upfront communication, the clean job sides, the fact that our guys wear uniforms or matching t-shirts while they’re working, we want you to be able to trust that we are the company that you hope to hire. We meet many customers who have had bad experiences with contractors and this puts a bad taste in their mouth and they’re very scared to do anything. They’re scared somebody is going to not do the job they said, or they’re going to pay them some money and they’re never going to come back and finish or that they’ll do something wrong and won’t know it for a couple of years. And so the great thing about us is that we answer the phone before, during, and after the project. And you can rest assured that if there is an issue, we will do our best to address it. Come back, take care of it, whether it’s our fault or just nature or a manufacturer’s defect, we want you to have a home that you feel comfortable in and that the services we provided are performing exactly as how they’re supposed to as your roofer Greenville Texas we really care about you, our customer. Thank you. Give us a call today at (903) 456-9956 and again, as your roofer Greenville Texas we appreciate you.
